RAWL Engineering Plc begins as a general works contractor in 2014. The visionary of the company is well experienced and passionate Building Engineer. Over the years, the firm has undertaken some projects and accumulated skills know-how and experiences in design and builds solutions project management service, building trades and related engineering works
Today, RAWL Construction takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services with skill full manner and coordinate residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as a value-add service to our clients. The company has grown organically by re-investing its earnings to fund the company’s growth.
Our objective is to provide our clients with ‘’Reliable and assured quality professional service’’ when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensures that client’s objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.

As a full-service construction company, RAWL essentially assists clients from the very outset to the completion of their project. We become partners with our clients and others take holders in understanding the five basic functions of:
Defining and establishing the scope of the construction project
Pre-construction project planning includes preparation and scheduling of the projects, phasing plans, budgeting/cost-modeling, subcontractor qualification, etc.
On-site execution of the project as per the design and specification includes scheduling, quality control, safety management, Sub-contractor management, status reporting, and all variation of work management.
Monitoring and controlling the project
Closing of the project related to the post construction activities.
